The allocation was later transferred to Harrow Weald, while North Wembley gained part of the allocation in 1991, and gained the whole allocation in 1999, converting the route to low floor single deckers. On 23 January 1993, route 245 was extended to Alperton ''Sainsbury's'' (weekdays except peaks/Saturday Shopping Hours). On 27 June 1998, route 245 was extended at all times to Alperton Sainsbury's.
